Our plant consultancy service is designed for growers of all levels - from curious beginners to seasoned collectors. The goal is simple: to spread practical horticultural knowledge and proven techniques that help plants thrive. With close to 15 years of horticultural experience, we equip you with the techniques and understanding to tackle and remedy almost any issue!

Through personalised consultations, clients can ask questions and receive tailored advice on:

• General horticulture - basic concepts, general care, plant pests, soil mixes, etc. 
• Indoor/outdoor growing - lighting, humidity issues, plant placement
• Species-specific care
• Terrarium & paludarium care, design & management  
• General assessment of your garden or growing space (indoor & outdoor)

Service Options:

• Online meeting (up to 15min) - for a single issue that needs a remedy 
• Online meeting (up to 30min)
• In-person consultancy (up to 60min)

Terms & Conditions:

• Sessions are conducted in English only
• Online consults via WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet
• No customers below 16 years of age
• Online availability: Mon-Fri, 12-7pm
• In-person consults subject to availability and pre-booking
